So, what is management of a block? We manage entire blocks when all or multiple flats in the block are owned by one entity or person AND the freehold.

This causes additional management requirements and problems that if not handled correctly can be costly. And not always in a financial capacity.

We want you! But like all industries - we do have rules at the same time, and all tenants need to meet a certain criteria. On a basic level if you are working, we have an earning criteria of 2.5x the annual rent.  This is a combined amount between all tenants over the age of 18. It needs to be declared income, so if any tenant is self-employed an SA302 will be required for the previous tax year.

If you do not meet this criteria - don't panic! There are plenty of options and you should speak to us. Guarantors, paying all or a proportion of your rent up front are just 3 options we have.

Already Rent and have an issue?


When you take any of our properties you are given an Emergency Guide. READ THIS NOW! If you don't have it email help@qude.co.uk and this will be sent to you immediately. In the email give a description of your issue, depending on time of day and day of week we will get these to our mobiles and may be able to help.

Here are some basic tips:-

We are not an emergency service, and we just ask you to think like a homeowner. Do not call out emergency plumbers / electricians that charge over £100 - you may not be reimbursed. Use the Plumber who did the Gas safety (if you have gas). Use the electrician on the electric report.

Google (or any other search engine) the error codes / issues / symptoms.
