Qude Lettings are Thurrocks sole Lettings only Agents, advertising on Rightmove.com and OntheMarket.com. By not offering a sales service we are best placed to offer personalised advice to Landlords when buying a rental property and our process literally starts at the viewing stage. Formerly Quirk Deakin, the company was formed in 2005 and has always led the way in Estate Agency and started lettings for a select few clients in 2012. The company has now grown to 290+ managed properties and specilises in managing entire blocks for Build to Rent Landlords.

99% of our clients come from recommendation. We do not advertise 'Landlords WANTED', we do not spend a penny on standard letters to 'steal' other agents' landlords, we do not want 'any' property, 'any' landlord and we are not 'ANY' agent.
